Finance Trainee

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Trainee - Strategic Operations Specialist to join our team in Mexico. In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform a vital function in contributing to the company's strategic objectives by supporting business operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*Support the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of processes within defined areas as directed.
*Contribute to multiple assignments with clearly defined Key Performance Indicators across various countries to broaden your experience and develop intercultural skills.
*Deliver assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.
*Participate in required formal training programs (e.g., Leadership Challenge Program, specific functional training) to develop personal, functional, and leadership skills.

**Requirements:**

We are looking for recent graduates with no more than 3 years of total work experience who possess the following qualities:
- Project management and continuous improvement expertise.
- Strong finance background with ability to demonstrate experience in finance.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI with enhanced knowledge.
- Passionate attitude, resilience, and capacity for continuous learning and development.
- Degree in Finance, Administration, Business, or related field.
- Advanced English communication skills.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
