PE Technician

Job Summary

Motorsport-Total GmbH is seeking a highly skilled PE Technician to join our team. As a PE Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our prototyping and engineering efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and completion of prototype materials and related processes.
• Pull and manage sub and final assembly part numbers.
• Enter data into the EC Estimate System.
• Submit component requests to our Supply Chain Management team.
• Enter data into the MTC Proto Build Center orders system.
• Load new purchased parts into our DSP system.
• Issue purchase requests for prototype tooling and track deliverables.
• Request and track components for development, prototype, and pre-production builds.
• Submit electronic catalog requests and follow up until material is received and invoiced.
• Enter data into the Direct Sourcing Process Application for new sourcing requests.
• Keep prototype budget records up to date.
• Enter data into the CT Scan Evaluation Request system.
• Enter data into the Rapid Proto Parts Request system.
• Support our PE team in various activities, including mock-ups, reworks, PIR reviews, and BoM uploads to GSD.

Requirements

• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
