Brillio is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing functional and technical requirements, designing solutions, and writing technical specifications for our technical team members.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions, and production issues reported by end users.
• Recommend build vs. buy when it comes to third-party integrations for the SFDC stack.
• Create business process models using best practice techniques, including current and future state solution design documents using requirements gathered.
• Design solutions and write functional and technical specifications for technical team members.
• Operate and leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and correct data quality issues.
• Support change control best practices, including the management of user requests/approvals and promoting changes to production.
**Requirements**
• 8-15 years of hands-on experience in SFDC development.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Certified Platform Developer II Certifications are Required.
• Hands-on experience on JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, etc.
• Ability to dive deep and research production system issues, resolve user problems, and escalate when necessary.
