Global Operations Leader in Sales and Marketing Excellence

This role is part of our Global Business Services team, which supports the delivery of high-quality services to our customers worldwide.
Job DescriptionAs a Global Operations Leader in Sales and Marketing Excellence, you'll be responsible for driving operational performance and excellence within our Sales and Marketing functions.
You'll lead a portfolio of transformational projects/programs, partner with cross-functional teams, and develop a team of global shared services employees.
Your impact will be measured by your ability to execute day-to-day operational deliverables, drive business outcomes, and improve processes.
- Act as a day-to-day escalation point for all supported business units.
- Owning and ensuring execution of SLAs, customer satisfaction, and metrics for supported processes.
- Partnering with GBS BI to prepare operational/executive weekly/monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc reports.
- Identifying and prioritizing continuous improvement and 'innovations' suggestions.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years of professional Global Operations experience in Shared Services with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and/or Renewals processes.
- Excellent spoken and written communication and receptive listening skills.
- A strong understanding of business and system analysis, including root cause analysis and process modeling methodologies.
- Proficiency in Google products (Gdoc, Sheet, Hangout, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
