Key Responsibilities
- Participate in process design, specification development, system configuration, testing, and end-user training for Oracle EBS R12 Procure to Pay modules.
- Provide production support for Oracle R12 Procure to Pay modules and 3rd-party interfaces, including root cause analysis and service request creation.
- Support process improvement initiatives and work closely with functional leads to design solutions adhering to IT service delivery guidelines.
- Maintain functional documentation related to order management processes.
- Conduct gap analysis and work with business leaders to enhance Procure to Pay (P2P) modules.
Requirements
- Graduate in Business, Finance, or Computer Science.
- 4-5 years of direct experience with Oracle EBS R12 Procure to Pay modules.
- 4-5 years of experience with Oracle EBS Accounts Payables and 3rd-party interfaces.
