We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Project Coordinator to join our team at Grupo Diagnóstico Aries. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring commercial accounts and clients, coordinating with various departments, and managing project information and reporting progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor commercial accounts and clients to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project information, track progress, and report on project status.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience in commercial project coordination or a related field.
  • Licenciatura or Ingeniería degree in Administration, Business, Commerce, Logistics, Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other software applications.
