About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Specialist to join our Premium Beauty team in Amazon Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering a best-in-class customer experience on amazon.com.mx.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with selected vendors to help drive growth and improve customer experience
  • Look after a brand's product portfolio and contribute to improvements in the user experience for customers
  • Create detailed monthly reports on performance and lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors
  • Provide support to drive category growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identifying solutions
  • Propose changes to operational processes and drive a high standard in customer satisfaction
  • Ensure high-quality product detail pages and make recommendations for effective marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
  • Bachelor's degree or Certificate of completion of studies required
  • Fluent in both, English and Spanish
  • Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML (preferred)
