Amazon is seeking a high-potential leader to own their impact in the Fulfillment by Amazon program for 3P sellers. The FBA Ops team is responsible for the seller-facing workflow components and back-end services that productize supply chain capabilities and capture their inputs in user-friendly and intuitive ways regarding shipment delivery to Amazon's fulfillment network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the program team to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement and tracking FBA seller's defects.
  • Understand drivers, impacts on key influences on business dynamics and productivity.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Automate reporting for weekly business metrics; identify areas of opportunity to automate and scale ad-hoc analyses.
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area/or holidays.

Requirements:

  • A completed Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
  • 1+ years of General Experience.
  • English and Spanish proficiency.
  • 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
