About the Position
The Senior Business Consultant role at Perficient requires a strong understanding of technology's application in business contexts, with responsibilities that include strategic planning, stakeholder communication, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and objectives.
- Developing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity in project scope.
- Facilitating communication between technical teams, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Providing training and support to end-users, helping them understand and effectively use the Pega application.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-6 years of professional business analysis experience, with strong relationship management, account management, and support experience.
- Minimum 2 years consulting industry experience working with external clients.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Understanding of iterative development methodologies.
