About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partner Manager to join our global partnership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a market-specific partner strategy that aligns with our region's annual revenue goals. You will work closely with our Director of Strategic Partnerships and regional leadership teams to identify and drive new strategic relationships with third-party partners in the education vertical.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a market-specific partner strategy that aligns with our region's annual revenue goals
- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners in the region
- Negotiate strategic contracts with terms most favorable for Flywire
- Create go-to-market plans and manage the lifecycle of new partner onboarding
- Track and report KPIs for the EDU partnership program
- 5+ years of combined experience in partnership management, business development, partnership program success, or relationship management
- Understanding of the LATAM education market, specifically the EdTech landscape
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships both internally and externally
- Experience in building strategic relationships or consultative sales
- Passion for and commitment to business success and a tested ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing competing priorities
