Baxter is a global leader in medical innovation, and we're seeking a talented Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for existing products, including operation sequence, machinery, tools, and equipment requirements.
  • Manage the implementation of changes in product design and process changes through fabrication, purchasing of equipment, tooling, fixtures, and assembly process.
  • Ensure total product quality, including ownership of solving quality problems using NCR, NCMR, A3's, or other problem-solving methodology.
  • Document and maintain job instructions, visual aids, process-related quality system procedures, and personnel training and certification.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies into the manufacturing process, including material flow and line balancing.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, validation processes for medical industries, PFMEA, control plans, and statistical analysis.
