**Key Responsibilities:**

* Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system
* Confirm scheduled services with guests and answer questions about available services
* Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day and inform providers of last-minute changes
* Check in guests for appointments and provide general spa orientation
* Promote and sell spa services
* Process guest payments and obtain payment authorization as needed
* Maintain a secure and organized workspace

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1 year of customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
