We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Associate Analyst to join our team at Continuum Global Solutions. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for the efficient administration of our organization's payroll and expense accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Compile and analyze payroll data and statistics to ensure accurate calculations and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Process garnishment remittances and child support levies, and ensure timely reporting to relevant agencies.
- Research and respond to complex inquiries related to payroll taxes, deductions, and withholdings.
- Prepare and create standard and ad-hoc reports, and reconcile all payroll-related general ledger accounts.
- Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and provide guidance on payroll procedures and policies.
- Associate's degree in a related field, such as accounting or business administration.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll administration, with a strong background in payroll software and systems.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
