As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing the Littelfuse Operating System (LFOS) at our site.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy and sustain LFOS structures and principles at a full-scale deployment site.
- Lead maturity evaluations in all cells and areas, focusing on consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with the Plant Manager's staff to identify improvement opportunities and develop business cases for changes.
- Ensure site-level goals and objectives are aligned and deployed throughout the organization.
- Oversee Lean Engineers and coordinate Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and kaizen trainings.
- Professional degree with 5-10 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
- Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Green Belt Certified, Lean Expert Black Belt desired.
- Experience with cost analysis, materials management, and supply chain.
