Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Cost Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing all cost accounting functions for specific manufacturing sites. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of inventory standards, revaluation reporting, and adjustments. You will also be responsible for coordinating and analyzing significant production variances, preparing monthly closing entries and schedules, and addressing inventory discrepancies or variances. Additionally, you will lead weekly reviews of key metrics with sites, liaise with AP to ensure accuracy of raw materials/subcontract portion of Accounts Payable and related Inventory transactions, and provide reports, schedules, and other documents as required for external auditor's year-end inventory observation and other audit procedures. You will also support forecasting and budgeting processes, learn the Oracle ERP system, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities. If you have a strong background in accounting or finance, with a preference for experience within an ERP manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply. You will be required to have a BS in Accounting or Finance, and a strong working knowledge of GAAP. Oracle 12R and advanced Excel skills are also essential.
