Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and monitor applications environment to ensure high levels of customer support and system reliability.
  • Assure corporate standard systems and applications functionality and predictability.
  • Provide 2nd level support through our internal ticketing system.
  • Monitor, problem isolate, and resolve issues.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and perform performance analysis for applications.
  • Strive for system performance and continuous improvement.
  • Organize and coordinate update/maintenance activities for patches, updates, and fixes.
  • Manage the implementation of solutions for addition, modification, or removal of applications and/or system components.
  • Implement Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management according to LEONI standards.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information System Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems.
  • Understanding of Business and IT Processes within production environment.
  • Customer-oriented and excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
