Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Lead and coordinate 8D teams to investigate and resolve customer complaints and internal escapes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct layered process audits and provide solutions to address open points.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance matrices and related tools.
  • Drive reduction of internal defect costs and fall-off rates.
  • Perform Gembas and reviews 6S in production shop floor.
  • Reinforce quality controls and create internal claims towards suppliers.
  • Champion ALR process and monitor quality controls according to PFMEA.
  • Work with SMT/FA group to solve quality issues and champion Quality Basics 1, 2, and 14.
  • Maintain quality tools, maturity assessments, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Promote problem-solving and quality tools usage.
  • Maintain internal defect cost and fall-off rate reports and PDCA.
  • Maintain CP and PFMEA.
  • Maintain EWS and non-conformities related to product quality or control of the process.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Capacity studies and cores tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and soft skills such as team work, communication, and analytical thinking.
