About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Strategy Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business strategies and monitor performance through KPIs and scorecards
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to senior management teams to inform business decisions
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Lead and manage a team of financial analysts to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis
Requirements
  • College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, accounting, or related business experience in budget management
  • English proficiency is required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Project management and analytical skills
  • People management and development skills
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build productive relationships across all levels of the organization, functions, and cultures
