About the Role

As a Supply Chain Analyst IV at Te Connectivity, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning, and quality control of production materials. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining inventory levels, coordinating material flows, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine business needs through consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
  • Assess existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and configure customized SAP solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate material data activities with sites.
  • Suggest and write scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.
  • Deploy SAP solutions and ensure smooth system integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to optimize performance within the supply chain.
  • Provide SAP system support and end-user training when needed.
  • Perform rigorous documentation of SAP processes and present progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP updates and developments.
  • Lead training across AMS sites.
  • Coordinate IBP implementation across AMS sites.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Specialization in finance, project management, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong Excel and database building/navigating skills.
  • SAP/ERP skills and disciplines are required.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a SC SAP Expert in a similar industry.
  • Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.
  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Courses in MRP/ERP, Warehousing, Inventory Management, and designations with the Association for Supply Chain Management.
  • Ability to effectively operate in any organizational structure and interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with project management (SAP).
  • Advanced English language skills.
