Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Trader to join our team in the Brazilian market. As a Sales Trader, you will play a critical role in driving business development efforts, crafting customized trades and transactions, and offering clients sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts by designing and implementing customized trading strategies for the Brazilian market.
- Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage risk associated with forward book activities and propose innovative deal structures compliant with market regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in environmental commodities or renewable energy.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to craft complex OTC contracts.
- Analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and willingness to relocate to Mexico City.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, or related fields; an MBA is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
