**Estimated Salary**: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
**Job Description**: As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in the financial services industry. This includes analyzing joint's, store procedures, and triggers, as well as monitoring processes and scripts errors. You will also be required to have good communication skills, ability to articulate technical and functional aspects of development/production problems, and ITIL Process experience with Service Mgmt., Knowledge Mgmt., Incident Mgmt.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a L2 support engineer
- Good communication skills
- ITIL Process experience with Service Mgmt., Knowledge Mgmt., Incident Mgmt.
- Hands-on experience in SQL (Pl/SQL)
- Ability to analyze joint's, store procedures, and triggers
- Unix and Shell Scripting skills
