About the Role

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Strategist to lead key consumer insights projects, driving research and validation initiatives that impact our products, services, and brand. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior and a proven ability to articulate complex insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute research plans to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Presents findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring effective communication of insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement customer-centric solutions.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in market research or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
