Veralto offers a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $120,000 annually, based on industry standards and location. This role is part of the Labor and Employee Relations department located in LATAM and will be on-site/hybrid or remote pending the candidate's location and/or desired working arrangement.
As a Strategic Labor Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading complex investigations into employee relations matters, identifying innovative solutions to business challenges, and providing guidance on labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. You will also design comprehensive training programs on topics such as conflict resolution, workplace conduct, and diversity and inclusion.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in labor and employee relations roles. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of conducting complex investigations, delivering training programs, and navigating sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
