**Job Description**
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager in the automotive industry, with expertise in plant start-ups, new product launches, and turnaround management. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is required, along with advanced data analysis, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of 5S, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
