As a key member of the organization, this individual will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improving production and assembly processes to ensure the company's products and services meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement reliable, safe, and capable processes that comply with legal and voluntary requirements, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Maintain production and assembly processes within control parameters, optimizing plant resources and minimizing waste.
- Ensure timely Advanced Product Quality Planning, ensuring all machining and assembly processes have corresponding planning.
- Establish and update standards and production headcount to maintain optimal staffing levels against production demand.
- Update documents and records of the integral quality system, ensuring compliance with the quality system of the plant.
