Master Scheduler

As a key member of the ESAB team, the Master Scheduler will play a critical role in developing and implementing account-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning. This includes integrating replenishment data, point-of-sale data, sales promotion information, marketing plans, manufacturing capacity, and new distribution/product deletions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate product history and forecasting models to drive business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and research and development, to align sales intelligence and forecasting systems
- Analyze internal demand stream information and categorize according to demand patterns to inform forecasting and planning
- Work with sales organization(s), national sales accounts, and marketing to ensure alignment and effective use of forecasting and planning systems
- Utilize professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Typically requires a degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain forecasting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in statistical forecasting and data analysis tools and techniques
