We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Queretaro office.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Assist and advise drivers on company information.
  • Conduct new drivers induction, assisting drivers to get onboard and maintain DQ files, audit reports, and renewals of driver documents.
  • Establish and manage proper workflow to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly DOT / IFTA reporting and requirements are met (trucks and drivers).
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Ensure safety & security procedures are adhered to.
  • Oversee effective equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor driver logs and ELD hours of service.
  • Discipline drivers when necessary.
  • Other ad hoc responsibilities related to Driver Support.

Requirements:

  • English is an asset.
  • Previous experience in the industry is a must.
  • College diploma or university degree preferred.
  • Good knowledge about MTO and DOT rules and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • High level of personal integrity, objectivity, and honesty.
