Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Planning Coordinator to join our team at Bacardi-Martini. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our inventory across the Latin America region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain regional supply plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues, such as production delays, quality issues, or transportation disruptions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to provide updates on supply availability, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Own replenishment signals sent from the locations under your scope to all production sites.
  • Develop expertise on planning parameters to ensure that the system reflects accurate needs to the production sites and ensure the correct capacity and material allocation to meet their region supply needs.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills, and close attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, systems-driven ways of work.
  • Results-oriented, bias for action, and determination to succeed.
  • Solid understanding of forecasting practices and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel is a must).
  • English - Business fluency / Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Business, Logistics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
