Geotechnical Manager

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Manager to lead our team on a large-scale rail infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate resources for proposal preparation, defining hours, deliverables, and methodology.
• Plan resources for project coverage during the startup phase.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
• Define design criteria.
• Review technical reports, calculations, plans, and engineering documents related to electromechanical design.
• Execute analysis and designs for validation of work performed by personnel or third parties and to provide quick solutions required by projects.

Requirements:

• Professional title and civil engineering license.
• Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Ability to interact.
• Capacity to summarize for executive presentations.
• Good written and oral communication skills (writing and spelling).
