Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Creative Design Manager to lead our design team and drive creative excellence across all marketing campaigns and product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of designers to develop and execute compelling content for marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and integrated design solutions.
  • Develop and oversee creative concepts, ensuring alignment with Razer's brand identity and goals.
  • Review and approve design work, ensuring high-quality deliverables meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of design industry experience, preferably in an advertising agency environment.
  • English and Vietnamese speaking required.
  • Demonstrated experience in a design leadership role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and design projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

You're a highly skilled designer with a proven track record in advertising and brand design. You have excellent communication skills, are able to lead and motivate a team, and are passionate about creating innovative designs that drive results.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
