Key Responsibilities:- Analyze electromechanical and special installations to verify compliance with technical specifications and Mexican legislation.
- Elaborate and control reports, monitor contractor craftsmanship, and recommend improvement actions.
- Develop and manage construction schedules and cost estimates to contribute to WBS and cost reviews.
- Contribute to risk analysis and update the project risks matrix.
- Implement safety standards and best practices.
- Install process, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Inspect and commission equipment and systems.
- Plan and manage work for self and others.
- Facilitate and participate in design reviews.
- 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager in MEP design and construction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with Electric, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Automation Systems.
- Commissioning experience is required.
- PMI certification is a plus.
- Experience in LEED projects is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM.
