* Expert knowledge of accounting procedures
* Highly proficient PC skills, including Office Suite
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
* Experience crafting effective monthly story-telling materials, weekly/monthly performance decks, and financial management materials
* Knowledge of accounting/financial systems and processes
* Experience with Cargowise is preferred
* Project management experience
