Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team in Phoenix. As a Full Stack Developer at Encora, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software applications using Java, Spring frameworks, and frontend technologies like React and Angular.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
  • Implement and support messaging systems, such as JMS and ActiveMQ/Kafka.
  • Build and optimize frontend components using React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Work with web services and protocols, including SOAP and REST.
  • Manage and query databases, including RDBMS, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
  • Ensure robust cloud integration, primarily with AWS services.
  • Apply secure coding practices and maintain compliance with information security standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, providing clear communication and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong command of Java, Spring frameworks, and frontend languages like JavaScript, React, and Angular.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
  • Security Knowledge: Understanding of OWASP Top Ten, network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS), and secure coding practices.
  • Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Proficiency in prioritization, decision-making, and troubleshooting complex systems.
