Key Responsibilities- Procurement Strategy Development: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's business objectives and goals.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Craft negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals with suppliers, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Cost and Scenario Analysis: Regularly perform cost and scenario analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity of specifications and expectations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Demand Forecasting: Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand to inform procurement decisions and ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Procurement Budget Management: Create and manage procurement department budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
- Risk Management: Assess, manage, and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years in a leadership position, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Procurement Experience: Minimum of 6 years in buyer/procurement areas, with expertise in procurement strategy development and execution.
