Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Procurement Strategy Development: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's business objectives and goals.
  2. Negotiation and Contract Management: Craft negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals with suppliers, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  3. Cost and Scenario Analysis: Regularly perform cost and scenario analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

  6. Procurement Budget Management: Create and manage procurement department budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  7. Risk Management: Assess, manage, and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Supplier Performance Management: Oversee supplier performance to ensure contract terms are fulfilled, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years in a leadership position, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  2. Procurement Experience: Minimum of 6 years in buyer/procurement areas, with expertise in procurement strategy development and execution.
