As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive category/commodity strategies that drive business growth and exceed targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide daily management and support to category/commodity team members, ensuring proper development and execution of category/commodity strategies.
  • Accountable for all commercial negotiations and supplier selections within commodities, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, detailing projects, levers, timing, and expected benefits.
  • Oversee sourcing projects, including RFx, continuous improvement, and consolidation.
  • Define negotiation strategy, including supplier profiles, commercial targets, switching costs, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Execute commodity blocking strategy, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships through formal Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) process.
  • Monitor supplier risk, develop mitigation plans, and manage category/commodity inflation.
  • Ensure cashflow, spend under contract, and productivity targets are met.

**Requirements**

  • Adequate English level to handle fluent and assertive conversations across global teams (written and spoken).
  • BA/BS degree with 10+ years in Supply Chain, Procurement or MA/MBA degree with 8+ years in Supply Chain, Procurement.
  • 6+ years of experience in Category/ Commodity Management.
  • Strong Analytic experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience with large complex cross-functional projects.
