The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Global Procurement Leader to lead our Facilities Services sourcing strategy for Latin America. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise to drive long-term business results and deliver sustainable year-on-year benefits in productivity, cash flow, user experience, and strategic objectives.
Your Responsibilities
As a Global Procurement Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sourcing strategy for Facilities Services in LATAM, partnering with senior stakeholders and global experts to design and implement best-in-class procurement processes.
- Managing cross-functional priorities and relationships to deliver targeted business outcomes, ensuring supplier contracts and developing Business Continuity Plans to mitigate risks.
- Developing internal capabilities and organizations for indirect services procurement, leading the LATAM sourcing strategy for Facilities Services to optimize commercial conditions.
- Understanding key cost drivers, industry trends, and best practices to design and implement effective sourcing strategies for categories within scope.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- No less than 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong understanding of sourcing processes, category management, and procurement best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation, communication, and influencing at all organizational levels, particularly executive-level.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with a solid understanding of general business economics and key quality and cost drivers.
- Ability to translate complex situations into executive-level communication and lead large teams across different locations globally.
- Results-oriented, comfortable setting and delivering against bold, stretch targets, with excellent language skills in Spanish and English (both verbal and written), and basic Portuguese.
