We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Ambassador. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and promoting our brand values.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and dining room teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and address customer feedback, making recommendations for improvement.
- Support the captain in maintaining a high level of service quality and consistency.
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed.
- Fluency in English for fluent conversations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Availability to work night shifts, with opportunities for salary growth and professional development.
- Competitive salary range: $17,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month.
