Manufacturing Technologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technologist - Automation Specialist to join our Process Engineering Team in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project deliverables, including process statistical validations, statement of work, parameter sheets, strain test reports, electrical and pneumatic diagrams, and plans and schedules. They will also assist with conceptual designs and coordinate tasks assigned under the direction of the Process Engineering mentor.

• Assist with the development of conceptual designs and coordinate tasks assigned under the direction of the Process Engineering mentor
• Collaborate with other disciplines and team members to ensure smooth project execution

To be considered for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Minitab tools, and Microsoft Office suite is preferred but not expected. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
