Role Overview

As a Business Research Analyst at Infomineo, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their research requirements across various sectors and geographical areas.

You will be part of a dedicated team, working from the office where you applied. This role involves direct client interaction, where you will collaborate closely with clients to address their business inquiries through the delivery of high-quality research grounded in credible sources and robust methodologies. The topics you will explore will vary significantly, providing both challenges and opportunities for professional growth, supported by your managers, Professional Development Coach, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement research methodologies to gather data from both open and proprietary sources.
  • Assess the reliability of sources and propose alternatives when necessary.
  • Differentiate between various data types and analyze outcomes.
  • Conduct data collection through methods such as interviews, both via phone and in-person.
  • Organize and present data in a coherent and structured format.
  • Deliver findings and solutions promptly.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding project progress.
  • Utilize your creativity and expertise to contribute to Infomineo's internal initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Educational Background & Language Proficiency:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant areas, preferably in research.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, French, Italian) is advantageous.

  • Highly organized and methodical approach.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to tackle complex challenges.
  • Proficient numerical skills and the ability to interpret quantitative data.
  • Solid understanding of business and economic principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a plus.
