Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled UX Visionary to lead our product design team at Prodensa. This role will focus on driving the execution of our customer-facing products, collaborating with stakeholders to define design vision and strategy, and championing design work to senior leadership.

About You
  • You have 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your expertise.
  • You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You are passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with customers, partners, peers, and stakeholders to understand opportunities, identify key customer experience issues, collect product and business requirements, and define the scope of work.
  2. Define Design Vision and Strategy: Help shape the design vision and strategy for our customer-facing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. Champion Design Work: Present design concepts and ideas to senior leadership, addressing feedback and iterating on designs accordingly.
  4. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, editorial, and content teams to oversee the experience of a product from concept to launch.
  5. Analyze User Data: Collect and analyze user behavior and needs data to inform design decisions.
  6. Create Visual Designs: Develop stunning visual designs and prototypes to communicate hi-fidelity concepts to business and technical stakeholders, as well as validate with customers and end-users.
  7. Iterate on Deliverables: Quickly iterate on deliverables based on inputs from customers, business stakeholders, and team members.
  8. Stay Up-to-Date: Research industry best practices and stay current with the latest UX/UI developments.
