Meliá Hotels International is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our luxury cluster in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. As the highest-ranking executive, you will oversee the operations of our three hotels, driving excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with a strategic vision, driving performance and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Oversee planning, coordination, management, and analysis across all departments
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of proven experience in general management
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Good knowledge and experience in the Caribbean hotel management market
  • Functional knowledge of all department operations and experience in managing high-volume, all-inclusive leisure hotels
