**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Coficab. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality-related procedures and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • 5 years of experience in a similar quality assurance role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering) or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, tools, and techniques, including APQP, SPC, VDA, and FMEA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with production staff, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

**Working Conditions:**

  • Full-time position, permanent contract.
  • Rotating schedule.
  • On-site work at Coficab facilities.
