Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to support our Nuevo Laredo Site. This is a critical role that will provide talent acquisition and HR support to all divisions and business units located in the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specific support in talent acquisition, focusing on union and non-unionized talent.
- Support recruiting activities for different business units within the location.
- Ensure alignment with Berwyn HRIS and Mexican regulatory payroll system.
- Support Mexican Government inspections and compliance.
- Able to work out of regular hours, switch holidays, and perform long hours when needed.
Requirements
- College or university degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge and experience in personnel management.
- Familiarity with supporting HR management in a Mexican union manufacturing environment.
- Legal and compliance knowledge, including IMSS, STPS, and INM.
- Experience in active participation in quality systems from an HR perspective.
