Je brengt de inzet van mensen, machines en materialen samen om resources optimaal te benutten en werkt vanuit de lean gedachte. Je werkt samen met collega's in een multidisciplinair team binnen de productie aan het verhogen van de efficiency en verbeteren van de productiviteit, evenals het bereiken van de gewenste output en verlagen van productiekosten. Je inspireert en overtuigt. Gelijktijdig ben je sterk in snel schakelen om acute problemen op de werkvloer te verhelpen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Het volgens planning en budget uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten. Vaststellen en coördineren van de planning, middelen, risico's, budget evenals het waarborgen van het resultaat;
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van afdeling overschrijdende procedures en processen;
  • Analyseren, initiëren en organiseren van procesverbeteringen door middel van tijdsstudies en het gebruik van lean manufacturing tools;
  • Inspireren en coachen van interdisciplinaire teamleden;
  • Kennis verspreiden en het trainen van onder andere operators, ploegleiders en engineers;
  • Creëren van commitment binnen de organisatie voor nieuwe inzichten;
  • Maken van analyses en (voortgang)rapportages ten aanzien van efficiency en productiviteit.

Verwachte kennis en vaardigheden

  • Een afgeronde technische HBO/WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Technische Bedrijfskunde;
  • Green Belt gecertificeerd en ervaring met het werken in een lean omgeving;
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, Duits is een pré.
