Job Summary
The Hub Operations Coordinator role is a key position within Mondelez International's operations team. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of our site's facilities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily cleaning, maintenance, and repairs for the site infrastructure, ensuring all vendor service levels are met
- Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the facilities requirements of all factory/office-related projects and investments
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for facilities management, including energy efficiency and cost reduction
About You
- You will have previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- You will be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask
- You will be proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop your skills
