Your Role

As a Production Finance and Accounting Lead, you will oversee the financial performance of our factory operations, providing critical insights to inform strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate predictions and resource allocation
  • Closing the month by analyzing key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions
  • Reporting and analyzing factory and profit-and-loss (P&L) impacts to drive informed business decisions
  • Collaborating closely with operations teams to understand gaps and implement effective solutions

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in supply chain cost management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated influencing and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Agility, leadership, and proactivity to drive results-oriented initiatives
  • Excellent analytical skills to extract, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data
  • Attention to detail and aptitude to solve complex problems
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work towards shared goals
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with advanced English language skills
  • Familiarity with SAP systems

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
