E-commerce Manager Job DescriptionThis is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategy for our Premium Mexico Food (PMF) business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving e-commerce growth and digital transformation in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
As E-commerce Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team to develop and implement a comprehensive DTC strategy that includes channel growth, P&L management, and budget allocation. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key external suppliers and partners.
The successful candidate will possess excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, as well as experience in digital commerce and e-commerce platforms. They will be able to analyze complex data sets, identify opportunities for growth, and develop innovative solutions to drive business results.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute the DTC strategy for PMF, including channel growth, P&L management, and budget allocation
- Lead a cross-functional team to implement the DTC strategy and drive e-commerce growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key external suppliers and partners
- Analyze complex data sets to identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative solutions to drive business results
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of the DTC strategy
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience in e-commerce and digital transformation in a fast-paced consumer goods environment
- Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and improving profitability
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in digital commerce and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop innovative solutions to drive business results
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish
PepsiCo offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and stock options.
