As a Product Manager for IEC Motors, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability within ABB's Motion NEMA Motors division.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute marketing plans, including communication, training, and sales initiatives to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Oversee the life cycle of products, systems, or services, from development to launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability analysis.
- Collaborate with R&D to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new products and services.
- Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electro-Mechanic or Electronic Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar product management role.
- In-depth knowledge of IEC motors and previous experience in electric products sales.
- Strong market analysis and sales strategy skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Sales Force, and Abacus.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Advanced English language skills.
