Job Description: As the Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for leading the operations teams across multiple jurisdictions in the Americas. You will support all teams within the company, including Business Development, M&A, Regulatory, HR, Finance, and collaborate with the CEO to achieve strategic, growth, revenue, and profitability objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a comprehensive understanding of the aviation industry in the Americas, showcasing experience working with MRO businesses as a client or from within the sector. A maintenance background that includes transitioning from an airline to a non-airline MRO is highly desirable.
