Asteelflash México is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for creating annual and quarterly financial forecasts for USICA and AFG America entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive financial forecasts for USICA and AFG America entities, working closely with the Regional Director of Finance, Site GM's, and Business Units leaders.
  • Review and analyze financial reporting from SSC and Global Reporting teams to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze actual financial results against forecasts and report significant variances to the management team, providing root cause analysis and recommended actions.
  • Develop and maintain various management reports and KPIs to monitor operational performance and identify early indicators of potential deviations from strategic plans.
  • Oversee AFG capex progress, supporting project managers in developing business cases and monitoring project progress to ensure spending is within budget and meets business case targets.
  • Coordinate activities with the AFG Finance team to promote consistency in accounting policies and procedures, develop best business practices, and ensure complete coverage of Finance goals and objectives.
  • Support USI and AFG synergy projects as required, including system enhancements, reporting standardization, and other ad hoc management projects or business plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Advanced Excel skills and large ERP knowledge.
  • Manufacturing experience is a must, with a strong background in EMS.
  • Ability to work independently and seek solutions.
  • Ability to work with multi-national teams across the globe to identify actions required.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
